Return Window
Customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In the same condition as received
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Fee
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow a few business days for processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send photos or a video recording showing the issue to orders@supersimple.com
Once we've reviewed and approved, we will send a new replacement at no additional cost.
Non‑Returnable Items
