We currently ship from the United States, so shipping can take 10-15 business days.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused
• In the same condition as received

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Fee

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow a few business days for processing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send photos or a video recording showing the issue to orders@supersimple.com

Once we've reviewed and approved, we will send a new replacement at no additional cost.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.

We're currently working on a lot of new products - including additional plush and books. We've gotten a lot of requests for the Star & Owl and the Ant from Bumble Nums.
