We try to deliver your items in 4 - 8 business days.

United Kingdom
We currently ship to the UK from the United States, so shipping can take 10-15 business days.

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your plush item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the plush must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition & packaging with tags attached. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on plush items that show signs of wear, damage, or use.

Items returned to us in a condition that cannot be accepted will be disposed of.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
